Get Up and Go Smoothie

I just love having a smoothie in the morning for my breakfast, it always seems to get me off on the right foot, see below for my Get Up and Go Smoothie, filled with all the goodness to start your day right!

Ingredients

3 x Florets of Broccoli

½ Avocado

1 x Handful of Spinach

1 x Cup of Berries

1 Tsp Coconut Oil

1 Tsp Turmeric

1 Grind of Black Pepper

1 Cup Soya Milk (or your choice of milk)

 

Method

1 Place all of the ingredients into your blender

2 Whizz it all up (add a bit of water if too thick)

3 Drink it

4 Enjoy
