#Grateful4Gratitude – January 2019

For the 31 days of January I did #Grateful4Gratitude, each day I gave gratitude and thanks for all the blessings in life.

I have written below the gratitude I gave, I hope you find a little inspiration to help with your gratitude.

 

#1 I am grateful for the New Year, for the new beginnings it brings to make new goals, dreams and aspirations, to help continue creating and living a life that I love. I love, cherish, accept and respect new beginnings.

#2 I am grateful for focus and structure, helping me to achieve my goals and dreams. I love, cherish, accept and respect focus and structure.

#3  I am grateful for learning, for all the ways I can learn from books, to podcasts, to webinars and much more, to help me continuously grown my mind and my life. I love, cherish, accept and respect learning.

#4 I am grateful for love, the love of my friends, my family and the love for myself, living a life filled with love. I loved, cherish, accept and respect love.

#5 I am grateful for releasing, releasing my past traumas and accessing my boundless natural healing capacity. I love, cherish, accept and respect releasing.

#6 I am grateful for meditation, for giving myself the time to go within and connect with myself inner self and soul energy. I love, cherish, accept and respect meditation.

#7 I am grateful for challenges, for the blocks that show up in life, for knowing I have all the tools I need to overcome any negativity, blocks or challenges. I love, cherish, accept and respect challenges.

#8 I am grateful for passion, to help me fly and fuel my greatness throughout the year. I love, cherish, accept and respect passion.

#9 I am grateful for realisation, for the growth and realisation of the blessings I have in my life. I love, cherish, accept and respect realisation.

#10 I am grateful for my wheelchair, it helps me glide through life with ease and helps me to live adventures on a daily basis. I love, cherish, accept and respect my wheelchair.

#11 I am grateful for exercise, for moving my body and releasing all my aches and pains to flow and move with ease. I love, cherish, accept and respect exercise.

#12 I am grateful for Qigong, for the moving mediation, for energy flow and connecting with my source. I love, cherish, accept and respect Qigong. 

#13 I am grateful for this wonderful thing called life and all of the blessings and miracles it brings. I love, cherish, accept and respect this wonderful life.

#14 I am grateful for my hubby, for all the love and laughter he brings to my life, I am so blessed he was born on this day. Happy Birthday Danny. I love, cherish, accept and respect you.

#15 I am grateful for high vibe foods, for good nutritious foods to fuel my life. I love, cherish, accept and respect high vibe foods.

#16 I am grateful for my wonderful family, for the continuous support and love that they give. I love, cherish, accept and respect my wonderful family.

#17 I am grateful for vision, not letting the limits of my vision be the limits of my life. I love, cherish, accept and respect my vision.

#18 I am grateful for belief, having the belief and knowing that my dreams can come true. I love, cherish, accept and respect belief.

#19 I am grateful for life force energy, for the healing it brings to my mind, body and soul and the continuous flow it brings to my life. I love, cherish, accept and respect life force energy.

#20 I am grateful for my friends, for the love, joy and laughter they bring to my life. I love, cherish, accept and respect my friends.

#21 I am grateful for inspiration, to try to elevate the world in my own special way. I love, cherish, accept and respect inspiration.

#22 I am grateful for Drive, for the drive to do my best and be the best version of myself in all that I do. I love, cherish, accept and respect drive.

#23 I am grateful for daily practice, as I know daily practice will get me to greatness. I love, cherish, accept and respect daily practice.

#24 I am grateful for journaling, for making me become more self-aware and having daily focus. I love, cherish, accept and respect journaling.

#25 I am grateful for enthusiasm, for having a love for life and showing up each day. I love, cherish, accept and respect enthusiasm.

#26 I am grateful for Chi, for allowing it to flow all around me and absorb it into my system, to optimise my life. I love, cherish, accept and respect Chi.

#27 I am grateful for small daily gains that I know will lead to big successes. I love, cherish, accept and respect small daily gains.

#28 I am grateful for being grounded, for being and remaining grounded when times get tough and rising above exterior circumstances. I love, cherish, accept and respect being grounded.

#29 I am grateful for chilling out and doing things that fill my heart with joy. I love, cherish, accept and respect chilling out.

#30 I am grateful for play, for bringing playfulness into my life every day and making sure every day I go out to play! I love, cherish, accept and respect play.

#31 I am grateful for knowing I am enough, knowing I am and always will be enough. I love, cherish, accept and respect knowing I am enough.

# I am grateful for making batter choices, as I know making better choices gets better results. I love, cherish, accept and respect better choices.

# I am grateful for facing my fears, by knowing that facing my fears I will find treasure. I love, cherish, accept and respect facing my fears.

# I am grateful for faith, the faith in knowing I can achieve anything I put my mind to. I love, cherish, accept and respect faith.

# I am grateful for music, music makes me want to sing and dance, it elevates my life. I love, cherish, accept and respect music.

# I am grateful for getting up earlier, as getting up earlier enables me to get more from myself and my day. I love, cherish, accept and respect getting up earlier.

# I am grateful for making a difference, making a difference to myself to ensure I am the best version of me to help and serve others. I love, cherish, accept and respect making a difference.

# I am grateful for never settling for mediocrity, for never settling and always thriving to improve myself. I love, cherish, accept and respect mediocrity.

# I am grateful for failure, living in the knowing that failure is success in disguise. I love, cherish, accept and respect failure.

# I am grateful for trying to be a better human being, to live a life of love and service to enhance the lives of all that I meet. I love, cherish, accept and respect trying to be a better human being.

# I am grateful for kindness, kindness and consideration to others and kindness and consideration to myself. I love, cherish, accept and respect kindness.

# I am grateful for time, for being blessed with this time and using it well. I love, cherish, accept and respect Time.
