This nutritious & delicious recipe is quick, easy & can be made the night before!!
Ingredients
1/2 cup of oats
Vanilla Paste
5 good sized strawberries
4 heaped tbsp of coconut yoghurt
Pumpkin seeds
Method
• Blend 4 strawberries, a small squeeze of the vanilla paste & coconut yoghurt
• put into bowl with the oats & mix well
• leave in fridge overnight
• when ready to eat chop up other strawberry, place on top of oats along with a sprinkling of pumpkin seeds
• Enjoy!
