High Vibe Foods for a High Vibe Lifestyle

It’s true, if you feed your body with high Vibe, energy fuelled, colourful foods, not only will it enlighten your life, you will also strengthen your mind, body and soul.

Don’t get me wrong I LOVE to eat out, it’s one of my favourite pastimes, but it doesn’t mean I need to go crazy on the naughty stuff. Burgers, fries, sweet stuff. Yes it’s good on occasion, but it has a time And place.

Think about it, the days you fill your body with junk, are the days you literally get nothing done. You end up sitting on the sofa, stuffing your face and judging yourself by the end of it for what you’ve eaten.

We all do it, it’s all part and parcel of being human, but if it is made a regular thing that self judgement won’t last for an hour or two it will last for days, if not weeks. You will be putting your mind and body into turmoil, which in turn could make you ill.

If we feed our bodies with high Vibe foods such as Whole grains, nuts, seeds, well and ethically sourced protein, fresh fruit and veg, as they say eat the rainbow daily, we will be filling our bodies with goodness for a healthier, happier life.

Eating well does not mean stopping yourself from going out and enjoying things. It just means be more conscious when choosing from the menu what your going to put into your body.

For example if I don’t know that the protein has been locally or ethically sourced for that restaurant, I’ll go for the veggie or vegan option.

Always aim to have a colourful plate, filled with vibrant, nourishing foods.

Try to stay away from the fried, bartered or beige food, but we all get cravings!!

Therefore why not ditch the take away and try homemade.

Initially you might struggle, your monkey mind might start saying ‘go on, have it, you deserve it’. But if you can override it, you can ovetcome it.

In the long run you might even find you crave the healthier high Vibe food.

We all need a treat once in a while, but let it be a once in a while thing.

Try to feed yourself food that makes your soul sing and sets your heart alight. Supporting you to feel energised and happy with each mouthful.

I have tried numerous diets and plans over the years and have worked on finding a lifestyle eating way that works for me. Yes it has taken a bit of trial and error but it has definitely been worth it. By being more mindful about what I put in my body, has helped me, not only physically but mentally too. I can honestly see and feel the benefits.

High Vibe, energised, colourful foods feed your life and nourish your body Temple, leading to a happier, healthier, more vibrant you.
