Finding a workout program that relates to us,makes us happy & we will stick to is vital for optimal health.

Daily movement from resistance training, balance, weights, running, dancing, Qigong, will support us in All areas of our life. Look to find a routine that helps us enjoy, play & appreciate the movement of our beautiful bodies.

Inactivity will reduce muscle mass, increase our risk of dis-ease, cause inflammation, create mental health challenges.

Movement stimulates us spiritually, physically, mentally & emotionally. Unblocking stagnant energies & allowing life energy to flow through us.

Daily movement is medicine as it produces happy endorphins, stimulates our cells, energises us to do more, which will support our health journey.
