Did you know adults only laugh up o 7 times a day!!
This is madness if you ask me, there’s nothing that makes me feel better than a full on, hard to breath, tears streaming down my face belly laugh.
I know it’s been a challenging time lately, we have all been managing the past couple of months in our own way.
But as my Nan used to say “if you don’t laugh, you’ll cry”.
