Monday Morning Cleanse Routine

When you fall off the Health Wagon at a weekend, which I regularly do, it’s important to jump up & get back on again as soon as you can.

After a busy weekend I always try to give my body a bit of love on a Monday & throughout the week, to help refresh & revitalise.

Here are a few tips & tricks to get your energy flowing & your body rejuvenated.

My Monday Morning Routine;

☕️ Green Tea

💪 HIIT Workout

☀️ Stretch

🧘‍♀️ Meditate

🍂 Grounding

🥤 Green Smoothie

Below is the recipe for my Green Smoothie, to help cleanse, reduce inflammation & nourish the system.

1/2 Avocado

1/2 Cup Almond Milk

Handful of Spinach

Stick of Celery

Thumb Sized piece Cucumber

Thumb Sized piece of a Ginger

Tsp Turmeric

Tsp Chia Seeds

Squeeze if Lemon

Put in Blender

Blitz

Drink

Cleanse 💕
