This year has been a rollercoaster of a ride & it can be hard to stay positive
Here are my tips to helping each day be a little bit brighter.
🧘♂️ Make time for you each day, a moment out to have a cuppa, read a chapter of a book, exercise, meditate, indulge yourself even for 5 minutes.
☎️ Limit time on social media, flicking aimlessly through won’t help put you in a positive vibration.
🍓Try to stick to a healthier lifestyle plan as much as possible, feeding your body with high vibe foods will keep you nourished In mind & body.
🤗 Give your kids, partner, puppy or favourite teddy a Hug, a hug & a snuggle can bring you connection & fill your with love.
🏃♀️ Get moving, exercise produces happy endorphins, therefore get yourself up & moving. A walk in nature, a jog, HIIT, Yoga, whatever makes you feel good to get the life force energy flowing round your body & makes you smile.
💤 Give yourself a break, let yourself rest & get a good night sleep, this helps your mind & body heal, waking up a happier, healthier you.
👯Your not alone, we can all feel a bit isolated & lonely, I know I have. So make sure you reach out to your friends & family, have a chat, there’s nothing like a bit of human connection to lift your spirits & heighten your mood.
