We can get so lost in our pain & suffering we can fry all consumed by it, Wr must try to gain perspective, take a step back from the situation so we can respond to ourselves with kindness & understanding.
When we have compassion for ourselves, we recognise that life can be hard at times, we all make mistakes & go through difficult times. We don’t have to be perfect, it’s ok to be human, be floored, dusting ourselves off when we fall.
