Since starting my health & wellness journey, I’ve realised it’s not just about one thing, exercise, meditation, food, it’s about all combined.
The mind & body is not separate, by aligning them through numerous healthy daily habits & routines, my energy is optimised.
I have tried out many different things over the years, such as Qigong, Shamanic Healing, Hypnotherapy, different exercises, to find what works for me, it has been a process to find my path to my health & wellness journey.
What works for me, won’t necessarily work for you, we are all different & must take the time to find the tools that support us as individuals on our path to optimal health.
It’s a process, but a process worth going through.
